A subscription-based, AI-run immersive gaming experience where players receive a custom Meshtastic field radio — and use it to communicate with an AI Delta Green Handler 24/7. The entertainment company itself is staffed entirely by AI agents.
01 — The Concept
STATIC VEIL is a subscription service that ships subscribers a custom Meshtastic LoRa radio device pre-configured as their "Delta Green field radio." Once paired with their phone, the device becomes their sole communication link to an AI Handler — an LLM persona running 24/7 inside a Paperclip-orchestrated AI company called CLEARANCE LEVEL LLC. The mission never sleeps.
Delta Green is a conspiracy-horror RPG about covert government agents fighting Lovecraftian entities. Its fiction is built on paranoia, compartmentalized intelligence, and the idea that HQ communicates through back channels because official ones are compromised. That's not a metaphor — that's exactly what Meshtastic does: encrypted, off-grid LoRa mesh radio that bypasses cellular infrastructure.
The medium is the message. Receiving a mission update on a real encrypted radio is categorically different from a push notification. No other entertainment product in the world does this.

02 — Player Experience
The experience begins before the app is opened. The unboxing is the first act.
A matte-black box. Inside: a custom Meshtastic field radio with a serial number etched in — "CLEARANCE LEVEL — FIELD UNIT #DG-0247". A redacted welcome letter on government letterhead. A QR code for the companion app. The packaging is the narrative.
The player pairs the device via Bluetooth. Within minutes, the radio displays its first transmission — not a tutorial. Coordinates. A code name. An instruction. The AI Handler, running 24/7 in Paperclip, detected the device pairing via MQTT and triggered the first-contact sequence.
Players exchange encrypted messages with the Handler. At home on Wi-Fi, near-instant. In the field, messages queue and sync on reconnect. The AI tracks their character's sanity, bonds, and decisions. No two players have the same story.
Team subscribers get multiple synced devices on a private channel. They communicate device-to-device over LoRa — actual radio, no internet required — while the AI Handler broadcasts to the group. Split up in real physical space. Coordinate over real radio.
03 — Technology
RAKwireless WisBlock devices pre-flashed with Meshtastic firmware, custom-branded and provisioned with player-specific private channels. LoRa mesh radio for off-grid play. MQTT bridge for AI connectivity. Self-hosted broker: ~$10/mo.

CLEARANCE LEVEL LLC — AI AGENT ORG CHART
Paperclip is an open-source Node.js platform that orchestrates a team of AI agents as a company — with org charts, budgets, heartbeat schedules, governance gates, and full audit logs. One human narrative director (10–15 hrs/week) sits at the governance layer. Everything else runs autonomously.
05 — Subscription Tiers
All tiers include hardware shipped with a 6-month commitment, or a $120 refundable hardware deposit. 15% discount on annual pre-pay.
06 — Business Model & Financials
Because Paperclip runs the company, marginal cost per new subscriber is nearly zero. OPEX scales with token usage, not headcount. Hardware cost is recovered in ~2 billing cycles.

07 — Roadmap to Launch
Deploy Paperclip with CEO + Chief Handler + Operation Writer agents. Procure 50 prototype devices from RAKwireless Meshtastic Designer. Launch companion app MVP (message relay, player profile, mission dossier). Self-hosted MQTT broker. Hand-write first 3 operation arcs; AI agents expand them. Beta test with 20–30 players.
~$60,000–$75,000 startup capitalLaunch Field Agent and Handler's Cell tiers. Target 100–200 subscribers via TTRPG communities (Reddit r/DeltaGreenRPG, actual-play streamers). Enable Continuity Agent full player-state tracking and Horror Calibration heartbeats. Automated Paperclip reporting for human board review.
~$20,000 additional · revenue-assistedLaunch Strike Team and Black Program tiers. Commission custom enclosure tooling (breaks even at ~500 units). Add voice AI Handler option. GPS-triggered narrative events — location-aware operations fire when players walk past relevant real-world coordinates.
Revenue-fundedLicense the infrastructure to other IP holders — sci-fi, military thriller, urban fantasy. STATIC VEIL becomes a franchise platform. Export the "CLEARANCE LEVEL LLC" company template to Paperclip's Clipmart ecosystem. Other entertainment companies run on the same architecture.
